We are looking for you to join our client as an HR Business Partner at a global investment firm. The role sits in an international, performance-driven environment where active ownership, long-term value creation, and strong leadership are central.

About the role
As HR Business Partner you will be part of a global, high-performing HR organization supporting the firm’s specialist and corporate functions. You will work closely with senior leaders to drive performance, talent, culture, and organizational effectiveness, while supporting teams through growth, change, and day-to-day people topics.

Key responsibilities
You will act as a strategic HR partner to leaders, driving organizational effectiveness, talent, and performance. The role includes workforce planning and recruitment, coaching leaders on people and leadership matters, owning core HR processes, supporting change and transformation, and using data-driven insights to influence decisions and strengthen a high-performance, inclusive culture.

About your skills and experience
We think you have
A few years of experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar HR role within a dynamic environment.
Strong business acumen and the ability to translate business needs into effective people solutions.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Strong work ethic, high drive for outcomes, and a high level of professionalism.
International work experience
Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
Experience supporting recruitment across multiple geographies and seniority levels.
