Interim People Coordinator
We are currently seeking a tech-savvy and analytical People Coordinator to join our international client, based in central Stockholm, for an assignment of approximately 12 months. This role offers a broad and operational HR scope with a focus on coordination, HR data, and process support throughout the employee lifecycle. You will work closely with HR Business Partners, managers, and stakeholders across the organization, as well as with the Head of HR, Central Functions.
About the role
In this role, you will provide operational and analytical HR support across a wide range of people processes. You will support managers and employees throughout the employee lifecycle while ensuring high quality and accuracy in HR data, reporting, and processes.
Key responsibilities include
HR coordination, administration, and support in recruitment processes
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee data in Workday and other HR systems to support HR processes and reporting
Preparing HR presentations, materials, and documentation for leadership and key stakeholders
Producing regular and ad hoc HR data analyses to support budgeting, forecasting, and decision-making
Coordinating and supporting managers and employees throughout the employment lifecycle
Providing administrative support related to employment agreements, contract changes, and related documentation
About you
You are structured and service-minded and enjoy working with data and processes. You collaborate well with others, take ownership of your work, and are motivated to continue developing within HR. You are detail-oriented, proactive, and strongly solution-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced international environment.
Required qualifications and experience
Experience from a similar role within HR, administration, or service
Academic degree in HR, Business Administration, Economics, or equivalent experience
Experience working with HR systems (preferably Workday) and HR data, with an interest in reporting and analytics
Strong skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
Professional communication skills in English
Assignment details
Full-time position based in Stockholm. Start: April/May. Assignment length: approximately 12 months.
